Responsibilities

  • Develop Chinese customer’s business by driving product adoption and growth.
  • Work towards goals while prioritizing and delivering quality customer experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
  • Implement ways to improve the agency and customer relationships and share performance enhancing suggestions.
  • Manage business growth and productivity goals, and motivate in-quarter product adoptions.
  • Provide advice and help the advertisers get the investment return on their advertising by working in a consultative role with Executive Account Strategist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in business, marketing or business problem-solving at an agency, technology, or media company.
  • 2 years of experience in managing Chinese enterprise clients, agencies, or customers.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support local clients.
  • Experience in business within the technology, advertising, media or internet environments.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and YouTube accounts, as well as advertising or media campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and grow in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
